Yes. You can describe your case and receive the full AI analysis without revealing your real name or contact details. Your identity is only shared with a lawyer when you explicitly initiate contact and choose to reveal it.
The ₹149 booking fee covers one contact request to one lawyer. It ensures that lawyers receive genuine, committed inquiries. If the lawyer does not respond within 24 hours (request expires) or declines your request, you receive the amount back as a platform credit for your next request.
Every lawyer on NyayVichar goes through our verification process: they provide their Bar Council registration ID, enrollment number, enrollment year, and upload mandatory documents (licence, bar roll, etc.). Our team reviews these documents before the lawyer can appear on the platform.
If a lawyer does not respond to your contact request within 24 hours, the request automatically expires and your ₹149 is credited back to your platform account. You can use this credit for your next contact request.
